While plans for this retail-entertainment project center around a baseball stadium, they work hard to ensure the stadium doesn't overwhelm the other tenants in the complex.

Building the stadium below street grade and having the open area face the streetscape allows a view of the rest of the project from inside the ballpark, and vice versa.

Parapets on retail and office buildings balance the height of the stadium, while repeating Victorian elements throughout the project links uses and builds character.
