With a large anchor store leaving, this Florida mall was in need of a solution to fill the space left behind. LUSK Architects responded by taking things outdoors.

The new master plan called for a refreshing alternative with in the form of an outdoor retail plaza anchored by a large sporting goods store and a restaurant, all positioned around a sparkling lake.
